Hebei Jinlingjia Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 with a total investment of 100 million RMB and is located in Longhua Town, Jingxian County, Hebei Province. Covering an area of 80000 square meters, with a building area of 45000 square meters and a staff of 320, including 20 technical personnel (including 9 senior engineers) and 26 quality personnel. Designed with a production capacity of 25000 tons per year, it is a modern green manufacturing enterprise that integrates casting, machining, and surface treatment. It mainly manufactures various grades of ductile iron castings and gray cast iron castings, with a casting weight of 0.5-80KG.
The production equipment includes a new FBOIII production line in Japan, a Z148 molding machine circular production line, and an FM148 production line; 2 sets of 2-ton intermediate frequency electric furnaces and 6 sets of 1.5-ton intermediate frequency electric furnaces; 2 sets of sand treatment system; More than 20 core shooting machines; There are 35 sets of cleaning equipment and 1 set of surface treatment spraying production line for post treatment. There are 87 machining equipment, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines.
The testing equipment mainly includes German OBLF direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, intelligent spheroidization processing control center, hardness testing machine, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, furnace front rapid analyzer, molding sand laboratory, Korean made magnetic particle detector, sonic detector, German MORA coordinate measuring instrument, etc.
